Did you make any New Year's Resolutions this year? I expect that a lot of you did and I'd like to help you to stick to them. I have been asked by some parents to 'sum up' my thoughts on the best way for children to achieve and create results at their gym club, school and in every day life. And, what personal techniques do I use to help me set and achieve my goals in life? Straight away my answer has to be sheer determination and a mindset to never give up...... BUT there is a bit more to it than that, so here's my guide for parents and children on how to keep your New Year's Resolutions.
